"It was horrifying. There were needle caps in the bathroom, blood on the walls, poop on the walls, dirty sheets, dirty floor, and the guy at the front desk wouldn't even try to clean it because his housekeeper's weren't there yet, me the guest, was supposed to clean it and put new sheets on the bed, the door wouldn't lock to our room because the lock was broken off and the deadbolt wasn't cut right to fit into the slot. Druggies everywhere and hostile, also told we weren't allowed to have visitors in our hotel room due to other people staying in the rooms below us that cost more money and he wanted to make them happy. Do not stay here even if it's the only option."
"Location was good, room was clean, pool area was clean a towels available, and it was quiet. Our only negative was the breakfast area. We like things kept cleaner with tables wiped off and a wider variety of breakfast items."
"As soon as we got out of our vehicles by the doors we were called the N word by other guests, the late night staff on second night is on power trips, trying to call police on people in the lobby “when it’s closed” but cops must be on speed dial as they are always there with ambulances at least every day my family was there.
Pool is open but it’s to cold to swim so the hot tub had a bunch of kids diving and kicking swimming and splashing in such a small space while their parents are getting drunk at the tables by the water slides, gross!
Room keys needed to be fixed every few hours, they stopped working, party on main floor with loud bass until 1 am staff didn’t care for our comfort either with the load social going on. "
"The hotel was very clean, we enjoyed the bar and casino area. Only thing was the bathroom in the room was very small. When you open the door it almost hits the toilet. Other than that perfect stay!"

"Great experience. Simple and convenient hotel and location. Staff was very friendly. Reservation, check in and check out slick. Definitely would recommend and stay here again."
"The room next to us was filled with screaming kids that were screaming from 8:00pm to 12:00am. I called the front desk 6 times and went down there twice. All of those times, nobody did anything. They never came up to tell them to be quiet, though they said they would. Both of my babies woke up from the noise, it was so bad. During one of the phone calls the front desk staff could hear the kids over the phone. Yet nothing was done. The hotel said because it was booked through Expedia they couldn't do anything. It was ridiculous. It was truly a horrible stay."
