"We didn't like anything about the room, it was an old property that was poorly upgraded, we had water damage above the shower, the the floors in the bathroom have yuk in the corners, the shower leaks in the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, they need more pillows, the free breakfast was cereal, the parking lot has pot holes it terribly needs repaving"

"I booked a hotel room for three days - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, when I returned to my room on Sunday, I was shocked to find that the hotel staff had canceled my reservation and were insisting that I had only paid for two days. After a lengthy and frustrating 30-minute discussion with the staff, I was finally allowed back into my room. To my surprise, I later discovered an additional charge on my credit card for the same three-day period."

"I knew going in that for the price this would be a dump, but I didn't expect to literally see a dump in the toilet when I walked in my room. They moved me to another room with a broken microwave and a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. The front office lady was apologetic and friendly, but you certainly get what you pay for with this "Royal" Inn. There was nowhere to hang clothes, no closet and no ice machine on the property. It was a tiny room, which was ok with me but no table...
