"Great, iconic motel"

"The building seems pretty old, the room was very clean. Only small criticisms, the TV volume was hard to adjust and the mini fridge was a bit wobbly. And the heater/ air conditioner ran just a little loud. Great price for the room, that always helps. Wish they had cereal & pancakes for breakfast."

"I always have a good stay here with my wife. Beds are comfortable , rooms could be a little cleaner but they’re ok , the stuff works like tv , microwave works, mini fridge works, nice pool to relax , I recommend this motel for your resting spot. "

"I reserved due to the price, and since I didn't have my family with me. Was pleasantly surprised at the room, bed, and the spacious bathroom. Very close to downtown and the University. If 35 is busy, there is a back road option that super easy. "
