"We picked this hotel because we have enjoyed the Double Tree in Dalllas very much. The room was clean, the bathroom was outdated and poorly maintained. They listed room service but there was no restaurant room service. We were expecting a movie streaming service but that was not available. The breakfast buffet was ok. When you checkout they try to sign you up for deals. Overall we will not be returning to this location."

"For the type of hotel, things are a bit run down and not in great shape. There are rips in the carpet and the furniture upholstery. The regular staff were fine, however the managerial staff were rude and condescending. Be aware, there’s no parking, you’d have to pay $40 a day for valet. "

"The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The atmosphere was very quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. It’s a great place to stay and I will definitely be coming back!"
