"I had a reasonably positive stay at this hotel. Its location was particularly convenient for me, with easy access to major public transportation and the places I needed to visit.
The property was clean, and the staff were helpful and respectful. I also found the breakfast buffet to be very good value for the price.
That said, the hotel would benefit from some significant updates to remain competitive with other properties in the area. The rooms felt somewhat dated and run down, and the towels...

The staff is very friendly and service is great.
Room was cleaned daily as requested but surfaces could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"The apartment was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the roof top bar is special. The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

"Really beautiful hotel and nicely located. Highly recommend for those purposes. Just a note that there was really no warmth or welcoming atmosphere from the staff, which was a shame and not how the rest of the city is. Especially around breakfast / lobby. Would love to see more interaction, recommendations, maybe friendliness. Some people didn’t even knowledge us in the hallways / lobby. Not really a big deal but also a shame since this property has the potential to be best in class. Other than...

"We arrived late after a 13 hrs flight and went to sleep immediately. The next morning we took a quick shower to go out early on a tour and did not pay attention to the mold. When we returned that night my wife noticed all the patches of mold on different areas of the stall and opted out of taking a shower and took a bath. I also decided to just take a bath too. I spoke to manager Kanzar and let him know how disgusting the pink and black patches of mold were. We left the next morning. The...
