"The pillows were very poor. No support at all. Also the TV didnt have the Fox network channel. They had Fox News and Fox Sports. But not the channel that the World Cup matches were being played on. And the hotel was advertising to the fans who came to Boston to watch the matches. Very odd choice. I also thought the restaurant food was ok, but it was very expensive. And the place to sit was exposed to the whole lobby. It felt like a table in a food court in the mall, not a standard hotel restaurant. If I am going to pay $50 for a lobster roll, I should at least get a little atmosphere. Beyond that, bed was ok. Room was nice. Location was great, and the AC worked well."

"We took a road trip to Boston over the 4th of July. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with our dog. Upon arrival the staff members were all so friendly and helpful. They immediately help us get checked in, got a cart for our luggage and gave a gift bag for our dog. We stayed on the 18th floor, the room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the water/boats. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant for daily breakfast had an amazing dinner one evening at Tamo. The hotel has bikes that the guest can reserve (which we did) and also a nice lap pool, gym, sauna area for daily use. We loved the location and being able to walk around everywhere. There is also a pet groomer directly across the street from the hotel where we took our pup for a spa day which he enjoyed. We loved our visit to Boston and will definitely be back. We will stay at the Seaport hotel again. There is so much more to explore in the area and we loved that the hotel and city is pet friendly."

"We were left two bottled waters in the room for two people staying three nights. It would be nice if the hotel replaced those waters daily in the room. We liked the unlimited coffee in the lobby self-serve area but would suggest they include real milk or cream in the refrigerator in the self-serve area. Hotel is quite charming and while one of the oldest in Boston, very up to date and well maintained!"
