"Beautiful property! Stayed late July with my 2 younger kids and spouse. We all LOVED the property and our rooms (we booked 2 rooms in the new annex). The food was outstanding and the staff is warm and went above and beyond. Dukes’ was a major highlight of our trip."
"I have visited Bruges many times and all but one visit has been to this hotel! It is convenient for both the motorway for onward journeys and also just a short drive into Bruges centre (easy parking at T-Zand).
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant food is always great quality! The rooms are spacious and well equipped.

"The service was exceptional!
The hotel is centrally located two blocks from the main square. When we arrived, they had our rooms ready two hours early. They provided us with great information on where to go and had a welcome drink ready.
Babette and Laurence were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. "

Although we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, we did take advantage of the bar and it was great.
