"Expedia gave one low price. I get there and had to pay 100’s more. The staff was rude and unorganized. Several complaints about dirty towels folded to look clean and linen smelled. View was the metal on their roof. "

"Mandalay Bay is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was very kind and accomodating. My room was always clean when I returned from a long day of activities. My only issue was the overcrowding. For two out of the six days I was there, access to the beach/pool area was chaotic!! There was no space for me or my daughter on any of the chairs. I ended up hanging out at the outdoor bar area while my daughter swam."

"It took us about an hour to get checked in the kiosk didn’t work initially they had the wrong room for us When we got to our room, there was water leaking through the bathroom vent from the floor above No one really communicated took over an hour and a half to get a new room. We did not receive an upgrade or I’m sorry or anything. I’ve stayed there other Caesars properties before I would not stay there again."
