"Overall hotel is ok for like a one night stay. Ok for short stay for couples and families with small children. While checking in they were changing shifts and the greeting was super awkward as I was attempting to check in. One front desk staff took my card and license, then just handed it off to someone else without finishing the check in process they started. I have stayed at alot of hotels and own timshares etc, and I understand customer service and the lack of it. Customer Is Always First...

"I’ve been to this hotel a few times with my girlfriend and I’m starting to feel it’s really going downhill. The afternoon clerk was very nice and extroverted but the night clerk looked like he hated his job. He wasn’t friendly, he didn’t even answer the damn phone when I called downstairs to the front lobby several times to simply ask for 4 clean pillows, which were dirty in the room we were in. Eventually I went downstairs minutes later and he was just sitting there doing nothing. I then asked...

"I really didn't have an opportunity to eat breakfast with them however my mother stated it was excellent. The rooms are clean and just as the picture very nice. I would definitely stay here again an suggest it to everyone. The Asian and Spanish front desk attendants were accommodating and extremely nice. The curly haired young lady was not so nice and that's coming from my mother. OVERALL COMFORTABLE AND CLEAN. The housekeeper comes everyday not like most of the hotel's I very stayed in."

"The pictures on your website is nothing what we found. Room reeked of pot blanket had burn holes in them. The bathroom was not cleaned and very small. The picture of the bedroom looked big but room so smaller. Sheets had stains. We end up going to another hotel "
