Lovely apartment. Spa/pool etc. really good too. Right next to Super U, Intermarche and Boulangerie so very easy to cater. Good lockers/boot room. Shuttle bus to the Funicular stops right outside every 30 minutes. Reception very helpful. Wi-fi very weak - could be better and TV’s upgraded to Smart would be a bonus to access Netflix etc. for nights in. Would definitely recommend and saved a lot of ££ compared to staying in Les Arcs.

Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient. The spa facilities were limited, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during the peak school holiday period. WiFi connection was also very weak. Reception acknowledged the issue and initially offered a paid option, though we were later provided with a portable WiFi device. In addition, the TV only offered French channels with no Netflix or English-language options, which made evening entertainment difficult, especially when travelling with children. Overall, there is room for improvement to meet the expectations associated with the advertised rating.

Excellent séjour, Accueil chaleureux, appart hotel très propre et bien équipé. Spa et hammam un vrai plus. Emplacement idéal avec des magasins à proximité. Idéal pour les familles.

Un lieu de séjour confortable et commode.

Avec toutes les commodités des résidences CGH en montagne, une location bien située par rapport aux centres d'intérêt de la haute Tarentaise. En cas de mauvais temps, Chambéry est à 1h de voiture, Annecy ou Courmayeur à 1h30-1h45 environ.

Godt cykel hotel

Perfekt sted for venner eller familier, hvor bjergene er centrum. Vi cyklede der. Slappede sf i poolen og saunaen efterfølgende. Desværre var steam saunaen i stykker. Fine lejligheder god plads, fint køkken.

Un Selina de decompression

Un bel accueil pour une jolie résidence. Une forêt et de belles promenades aux alentours. Un seul petit regret, avoir un appartement pour la semaine côté rue plus bruyant alors que la résidence était presque vide et qu’il aurait été sympa d’avoir été placé côté jardin

Des efforts....

Emplacement idéal à Bourg St Maurice. Quelques fausses notes pour du premium : pas de lit double mais 2 lits séparés ds notre appart., canapé effondré, robinetterie HS, petit frigo...il manque une rénovation... Néanmoins , une résidence agréable.

appartement n° 36 agréable, bien disposé, 3 ème étage avec balcon vue montagne, mais on a vivement regretté l'absence de store ou au minimum d'un parasol sur le balcon qui n'est pas du tout protégé du soleil à midi car cet appartement est sans balcon au dessus contrairement à tous les autres appartements de la résidence. On regrette aussi le départ assez strict à 10 h (pour une entrée à 17 h !). On a pris RV pour état des lieux à 9 h 30 mais pas de personnel ce matin là. Avons donc dû attendre 10 h 15 pour que la personne de la réception, dont ce n'est pas le travail, vienne gentiment faire l'état des lieux.

trés bonne semaine

1 semaine de ski aux Arcs avec logement dans la résidence pendant les vacances scolaires. Personnel sympathique, résidence bien entretenue, commodités et grandes surfaces juste à côté de la résidence. Très bien pour le spa et hammam. Seul bémol : pas de personnel à la piscine... du coup, pas mal de bruit avec les enfants sans surveillance !

Good location to go to different ski resorts

We stayed for 2 weeks at Bourg. It is very well placed to go to different ski resorts near by. The 2 apartment was big enough for 2 of us but it could sleep up to 6 but it would have been very cosy! Some of the soft furnishings were very tired and needed to be updated. Main bedroom was excellent huge bed and adequate wardrobe space. The window could have been a better fit as you could hear the traffic and especially the snow plough very early in the morning. The patio door in the lounge area did not fit properly either. Again you could hear the traffic. Would have preferred a room at the back of the hotel where it us quieter. The pool, sauna and steam room was good to use.

Appartamento spazioso è ben arredato. Posizione comoda, vicino a supermercati, McDonald e camminata lungo il fiume con percorso vita e parco giochi. Piscina carina e non affollata, acqua non molto calda.

Good central location with all the amenities you need for a stay. Good value for the price paid and the staff were very friendly. It wasn’t clear until a couple of days beforehand that we had to clean the apartment or pay €55, the cleaning was also inspected before you could check out with warnings of fines if not up to scratch! Apart from that, a great base to explore the area with a couple of lovely restaurants within easy walking distance.

It had everything we needed including a washing up kit. It was close to town and near the supermarkets. The pool was great and the staff were helpful. Parking was easy.

Pleasant stay in Bourg St Maurice

Pleasant stay to visit family , convenient location and comfortable spacious living room with balcony , small kitchen, reasonable sized bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. and small bedroom with bunk bed, reasonable sized bathroom with shower. We would use this hotel apartment again.

Good value for money

Good value accommodation in Bourg St Maurice. Have stayed in CGH apartments before higher up into mountains and paid twice as much. This place was a 10 min level walk away from Funicular to Les Arcs 1600. Was also very easy to find nice restaurants in Bourg that were not too busy - great option for a half-term ski trip.
