"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"We have been visiting Les Arcs for 5 years now, usually staying four weeks. We absolutely love the Belmont, its a great location, the kids can walk to camp but most of all we love the service, Charlotte, Gerianne, Maeva, they are the best. They have been here every single year with a smile on their face. Keep up the good work!"

"Check in procedure was diabolical. No clear signs, no clear idea what building to check into. People milling about with absolutely no idea where to go. We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel. "Heureusement qu'il y a le ski ...sinon bof! Bien cher pour ce que c'est! Sale! appart, divan, tapis, vaisselle.....ect. ( plus jamais là) et je suis pas un difficile...mais il y a un minimum. Ils profitent des belles pistes et be beau domaine, ils oublient de fidéliser et promouvoir leurs propres établissements. "
