Our stay did not fully match what we would expect from a 4-star property. During our 7-day visit, towels were not changed, and pool towels required an additional rental fee, which was inconvenient.
The spa facilities were limited, and unfortunately the steam room was not working during the peak school holiday period. WiFi connection was also very weak. Reception acknowledged the issue and initially offered a paid option, though we were later provided with a portable WiFi device.
In addition, the TV only offered French channels with no Netflix or English-language options, which made evening entertainment difficult, especially when travelling with children.
Overall, there is room for improvement to meet the expectations associated with the advertised rating.
