"The air conditioner doesn’t cool enough. We even sleep because the temperature in the room. The explanation they gave us was due to regulations they can drop temperatures below 75 F. We were in others hotels in Switzerland and that wasn’t the case we can manage the temperature even below 70 F. I am not sure about the real reason. I know I have to go to the front desk for them to set the air conditioning to 75 or higher because you won’t see it. I know they did it remotely. Another situation...

"This Holiday Inn far exceeded my expectations. The staff were magnificent providing helpful information as well as ice bucket, extra towels, and even a can opener. It is conveniently located with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent and always well stocked with high quality food and beverage items. My only suggestion is the carpet could use a shampooing in our room. My compliments to the Management as it is clear that they wish to provide a high quality...
