"The room very clean, well maintained and a great 1 bedroom design with walk in closet. Love the design of the bathroom door. The room was also very quiet. The private underground parking was clean All staff the we came across said hello with a smile. This is a well trained team. Only caveat was the EV/PHEV charging required a subscription, which is not a big deal for our PHEV but may be for a pure EV"

"A lovely, quirky place to stay! Really convenient for Ghent centre, with parking and EV charging. We were in the Captain’s cabin which was great for the three of us. Breakfast was very nice too. Only improvement would have been the shower room. The drain couldn’t keep up with the shower which meant you had to paddle about for a good while after anyone had a shower (the toilet was in there too!). "What a wonderful stay near the heart of Ghent! Just enough blocks away to enjoy peace and quiet, but close enough to do all the touristy things like sightseeing, shopping, and tasting wonderful foods! Staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was spot on each day! I highly recommend!"

"The location is great and the hotel property is clean but the bathroom smelled terrible ( bad smell from drain) which appeared fixed the next day, hot water kettle stopped working, bathroom toiletries were all empty - had not been refilled. The room itself was clean and spacious. Hotel breakfast and staff at breakfast were both great."

Only improvements: the pillows were not comfortable at all and one of the beds had some fuzz and what appeared to be hair. The bathrooms were spotless so I chalk it up to a mistake. "Très sympatique réception de la part de Frédéric malgré l'heure (très) tardive de mon arrivée. Je regrette qu'il n'y avait pas la télévision (problème de changement de fournisseur d'accès), que cela n'aie pas été mentionné et que cela n'aie pas fait l'objet d'une ristourne. A ce sujet, je trouve le prix surévalué par rapport aux prestations. Merci encore à Fred qui s'est levé de bonne heure afin de me préparer le petit-dej pour que je sois à l'heure à mon rendez-vous."
