"Room is clean and staffs are extremely helpful"

"We were upgraded, which we thought was nice, but we were sent into the lowest lower level depth of the hotel. Cozy yes, but view of the patio, looked like a construction site. Still under some kind of construction. Oh well…Glad weren’t there to enjoy the outside so much. Room was spacious with suite! And full kitchen amenities:) 👍"

"Offered complementary activity equipment (SUPs, e-bikes, kayaks). Very pet friendly, with nice dog beds and dishes for pups. Complementary breakfast was also nice and they even offered plant based milk alternatives for my breakfast and coffee which was extra nice and unexpected."

"Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly, and the area very safe for families."

"We had a mixed experience. You are ‘welcomed” with signs about the keypad to get in, signs asking guests to “lose your shoes” and inspirational quotes such as “Arrive as strangers, leave as friends.” Unfortunately, this didn’t reflect our experience, as we didn’t meet the people running the property On the positive side, we were allowed an early check-in, which was much appreciated. There is also a large communal lounge and a well-equipped guest kitchen. However, our room was incredibly small...

"Staff consistently ensured all my needs and wants were met. The continental breakfast was amazing. The Fathom dining room and lounge with entertainment were impressive as was the food and service. At every level they continued to amaze me how considerate and helpful the staff were. Absolutely no complaints."
