"Timberwolf pizza and pasta cafe food was very good.
Explorers lounge is closed during the summer.
There is a very small sitting lounge in lobby but no other places for friends or families to gather for fellowship or a game of cards. The lobby became very crowded when there was a backlog of folks awaiting dinner reservations..
From Expedia, highlights for my trip included having the explorer lounge open. Not so."

"Room was great. Excellent space. No air-conditioning, which made it really hard to sleep at the beginning of the night. Needed to leave the window open at night in order to get cool air and then you hear all the noises of the people."

"We were a last-minute reservation (made it around 3pm while in Banff and decided to spend the night). Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a secure parking garage under the hotel, which was a nice surprise. The hotel is close enough to the center of town to walk (though they gave us complimentary bus passes on check-in, valid for our whole stay), but far enough from the center to afford a very quiet atmosphere. "立地条件が良かった。食事やショッピングにとても便利です。
部屋は狭くなく、清潔でした。
スタッフはフレンドリーです。私達は部屋のカードキーを紛失したのですが、笑顔ですぐ対処してくれました。
朝食はほどほどの品数です。利用客は紙カップに飲み物入れ、観光に出発してました。
バンフに来ることがあれば、再び宿泊したいホテルです。"

"Staff were not interested in assisting arriving guests we booked a premium room and were very disappointed, bed was small even though we were told it was queen and when we asked about balcony we were told that was the view from window even after we told them a view and a balcony are quite different. Staff did not offer any apology and basically said there was nothing they could do. Worst hotel we had on 10 day trip"
