"Preferred the Phoenix location compared to California. Everything was chaos when we first checked in. Closed off sections not just one section of amenities for construction. Want the best experience. The food offered in Buffet was not good and paid $80 for 2 adults and 1 child. Definitely not worth it😬 the floors in the room and hallways were unkept as well😣"

"Room was bigger than expected. Breakfast had some good choices and hotel is close to restaurants and Outlet Mall. Target down the street as well Not a far drive to Disneyland. Overall will stay again. "

"I’ve stayed at this location multiple times now, and it’s always been a pleasant experience — which is exactly why I continue coming back. The staff has always been welcoming, and I’ve consistently enjoyed my stays here. The only concern I had during this visit was with the elevator. We were assigned a suite on the third floor, and when we reached our floor, the elevator suddenly shook and made a very loud rattling noise. It honestly startled us quite a bit. I did mention it to the front desk staff, and they reassured me that it was functioning properly and is just a bit noisy. Even so, I wanted to mention it because it was a little unsettling."
