Asked to be switched as it was run down looking and didn’t match the description of the room I booked they charged me an extra 125 a night to upgrade to the room pictured on hotels.com overall the hotel was lackluster. Old and way too expensive for what it was. No free breakfast which is usually pretty good at Hyatt’s. They had a shuttle to Disneyland, but it was not free. They would not even give me a luggage cart to use without a bellboy! We had no cash on us and I didn’t want to cheap out on the bellboy so we just took like 4 trips up with all of our stuff. Definitely would not stay again. "
