"Staff was friendly, water in shower never got hot, warm at best. Sink in bathroom very lose, good amount of towels. Breakfast grab and go…thought it would be a better breakfast. Some type of bugs around window and I told a person at the front desk and he couldn’t find bug spray but found window cleaner and sprayed and wiped around a little and killed a few. No ice machine. I was on the first floor and heard outside noise and the fridge was kinda loud. Thankfully I was still able to sleep. Won’t stay in an extended stay hotel again."

"The Hotel needs updating. I have stayed here multiple times in the last two years. The elevator is gross. The laundry room in A building had only one working washer and you need coins to operate (suggest upgrade to cc's). Walls and carpet throughout need to be replaced. Cleanliness is "ok" not great. My toilet backed up for no apparent reason and when I called the front desk I was told no one on premises to address but that I could come down and get a plunger:) which I did and addressed it myself. I will say there was one employee who worked the evening on May 16th to had to come to my room to fix my TV. And I appreciated that!"

"It is truly appropriate if you just want a quick getaway to VA and just need a place to sleep. It isn’t luxurious but it has a laundry room and small gym area to net your needs. Free breakfast which was okay but I would definitely go back given the price. I did yours in DC this trip so I didn’t want to spend money on hotel or pampering and just wanted to spend it in dining and shopping. Newly renovated place with new paint and brew beds made our stay comfy. "

"The room was fine, but there wasn't coffee in the room. The staff at the counter needed a credit card for everything if you booked with Expedia, so the "market" couldn't be charged to your room. I booked our room with Expedia but put my wife's name first, so they wouldn't let me check in until she got there. Overall, the staff was surly, rude, and not helpful. There were 300 high school students staying at the hotel the same night we were there and there was no coordination for checkout and the staff didn't do anything to make it better. The WiFi didn't work at ALL. Repeated calls to the front desk didn't help. I finally got service with my Wyndham Rewards account, but this isn't Wyndham service. This isn't a nice hotel by service standards. This is a budget hotel run by people who are counting on you never coming back there. I don't know why it has the Wyndham name attached to it, it shouldn't."
