We unfortunately arrived after lobby hours, and the phone number we were supposed to call did not work. The issue stemmed from booking through Expedia or any other 3rd party, so it's not really the hotel's fault for the digital key issue, but it is their fault for not having a working emergency number to call. "This was my 4th stay at City Mills, in Columbus. It is a v very unique property, historic and situated right on the Chattahoochee River. The riverwalk cuts right through the property making it so easy to get out for a morning or evening walk. The on-site restaurant is so delicious....the servers, the food and drinks are wonderful. The arrival staff are so friendly, they make sure they have answered your questions and will even escort you to the elevator. The breakfast is delicious, juices...
