"I booked and paid for a king room through a third‑party. When I arrived the hotel was oversold and could not provide a king, so they moved me to a two‑queen room at a lower rate. The attendant charged me on‑site for the two nights instead of using my online payment. My charges were: $341.12 through the third‑party, $250.70 for the on‑site room charge, and $150 for incidentals. At check‑in I was told the $250.70 charge would be voided and that my bill would be adjusted for the room‑rate difference at checkout. At checkout they confirmed the $250.70 was voided and provided documentation, but refused to credit me for being charged for a king room when only two queens were available. I was not allowed to speak with a manager, was told nothing more could be done, and found the on‑site supervisor unprofessional and unhelpful."

"This hotel was really good 10yrs ago. Now it looks like they have never done anything to maintain it. We arrived last Wednesday and after seeing the deterioration of the dining area, and the moldy smell that came out of our room, we tried to leave. Unfortunately we had paid for the whole stay from Wed. last week until today Wed. The hotel refused to refund us our money and we had to stay. We ask Sunday why our room had not beencleaned and we're told that that the reason they had not cleaned was because there was a leak in our room. There was no leak in our room, and we assume that if there was, they would have moved us to another room. We ask for someone to come in and clean, and all they did was make the bed and bring new towels. Both supposedly clean towels had what looked like puvic hair. My wife went outside and asked one of the clears to exchange them. The breakfast was good last week Wednesday but since then it was the same watery scrambled eggs and por sausages. The dining benches and chairs are so worn out that part of the bench was patched up but the other part was still coming apart."

"Your restaurant sucks. Had dinner then night we arrived ordered a burger “well done” came medium pink in the middle, waitress was told of the 1st problem. Tried to correct by Senting back and came back dry and cold. Didn’t talk with Manager. Our waitress said she would let the manager know.the manager. Told her to give us 1/2 the cost off the burger. The cost was over $21.00 for the burger and chips. After sitting there with our friends already had their meal served,eaten and plates removed and 2 1/2 hours later with a cold nasty burger and chips tried to eat but couldn’t. For anyone staying at this hotel “Don’t eat in the restaurant” go outside the hotel and or order though a delivery service."

"The place we stayed was great. The only thing I would change would let everyone pick the seats on the plane since they paid for tickets. Great way to do add ones we ended up getting a rental it was very easy to do. I would 100% use this app again"
