"Clean room"

"The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."

"The property was nice the property was clean the problem we had with this Hilton just like the last three Hilton properties we have stayed at is we can’t get our room cleaned. We have talked to the hosts and hostess’s of all the Hilton properties and have been unable to get our rooms cleaned. We put our placard which says we want the room cleaned but they are ignored. Why do we pay for a Hilton and get motel six service. Our rooms don’t get cleaned so every single evening we end up going to the...

"There was no breakfast available. There's also no pool or hot tub. It was a great room and stay, especially for the price. It's in a quiet location, as well. It seems like they're making improvements, which is good."

"Room smelled funny, and was bare. No closet, no hangers to hang our suits. We wanted some water, but the front desk only accepted cash. Wouldn't stay there again. "

"Did not look like bed sheets were changed from last guest and several smaller annoying problems. Front desk tried to resolve problems, but too many to bother staying here again. Clean other than the sheets."

"The outlets were burned out, Room was completely dirty, bed sheets had stains, floor had dog hair and insects, the room had a bad stench of cigarettes and the sinks smelled awful."

"Very dirty and the staff was rude. I asked for clean sheets and towels and she said well you can come wash them! I know it’s a motel 6 but doesn’t mean it has to be filthy."

"The bedding had stains on it, and was dirty, the bathroom needed sweeping and the tiles were falling off the wall. The ceiling was coming down. The stay was unpleasant that night because of all the noises you could hear. The reviews I read said nothing of this. The pictures I seen were of nice rooms in a nice place. All I can say is that its out of date."
