"check in, convenience all great. Breakfast area is a bit small and tough to get into when there's more than 4 people trying to get food. Selection was great, just small room to get everything. Room was very well setup, but cleaning needs work. While everything looked great, I moved the small ottoman and there were a pair of socks under it that weren't mine that I found when I got to the room. Since check in was late (after 12am) I didn't have the energy to request a room change at that hour. "

"Booked a suite thinking it would be an upgrade. Boy was I wrong! The room was dark, dreary and roach infested. Light bulbs were missing, as were a room iron and toiletries in the bathroom. Asked front desk clerk for an iron and he brought me a dirty, nasty iron that should have been thrown out. I pointedly asked him for one that wasn’t dirty and nasty. A couple hrs later a clean one was brought to the room. Took a photo of the roach that was climbing on the wall. Not to be outdone, another one...

"Carpet is old could be updated bed is ok a very old hotel feel like a motel so many cameras which is creepy some staff . Breakfast is simple … "

"I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean, sheets were clean and crisp. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling by herself. I did not eat breakfast but they had good options. For the pricing and comfort and convenience I would definitely stay there again. "

"The shuttle was excellent. The driver was awesome. The gal was great at the front desk. The hot tub water was brown. That was the reason I booked there and did not go in it. "

"The tv didnt work. The wifi didnt work . I called down to the man at the front desk and he said there is no code for the wifi. Well wifi never work . Went down in the am to look for some food and the morning guy gave me the wifi code. So the 1st guy just lied. Than i told morning shift the tv didnt work and he said he would send someone to fix it. Well that never happened . One of my worst stays ever "

"Exceptionally clean, and decent for the price. The only issues were the non absorbent towels and road noise from the freeway. "

"This is the third Cambria location I’ve stayed at, and they’ve never disappointed! The hotel was nice, new, and clean. All of the staff was very kind and made sure I had everything I needed. Shuttle drivers Shannon and Roy were very nice! I was even able to reserve a ride to the airport about an hour in advance. Pickup from the airport upon arrival was quick too, but it depends on your terminal. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again!"
