"Moderne Unterkunft, scheinbar kürzlich erst eröffnet. Saubere Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal. Parkplätze auch für größere Fahrzeuge (Pickup) reichlich vorhanden. Leider keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer (zur Abfallvermeidung). Dafür überragendes Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert. In Laufreichweite befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants. Flughafen DFW mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar."

"Ice machine on 3rd floor was not working. Elevator was not in service for longer than 24 hours. Multiple trips up/down the stairs with luggage were difficult for me having had a recent knee replacement and both me and my Husband's ages over 65. No other elevators or accommodations were made avaliable. Communication about when the elevator would be fixed were poor."

"Worst experience ever. All the elevators were out during our stay and we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. For a 65 yr old women 4 flights of stairs was a lot. Once in my room I felt like I was held captive be because the stairs were too much physical activity. No apology, no compensation nothing was offered for our inconvenience. Never again. "

"The outlets were burned out, Room was completely dirty, bed sheets had stains, floor had dog hair and insects, the room had a bad stench of cigarettes and the sinks smelled awful."

"The rooms are so clean and very welcoming and fresh smell so nice and clean. Beds very comfortable overall was amazing definitely recommend and will plan to stay there again on our next visit. Pool was warm and very awesome "

"I am in a wheelchair, my left leg was amputated. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Not a problem since they had elevators. Later, my husband, who recently had back surgery, and I were going out to eat and the elevators weren't working. My poor husband managed, barely, to get me down the stairs but when we returned the elevators still were not working. We had heck trying to get up all those stairs. We finally made it. "Overall, an amazing experience. This facility is run by an outstanding team who truly go above and beyond. I stayed here for my wife’s graduation at AA, and despite a hectic schedule from Sunday through Tuesday... going back and forth to the airport, the transportation staff and front desk were incredibly accommodating. Their support made everything so much easier. What really stood out was how genuinely attentive everyone was. One gentleman, who I believe worked in facilities, even noticed...
