"Our 2 night stay at the Hampton Inn was average. The hotel was clean and looked fairly new and well-kept. The front desk staff were not the most helpful or friendly. We aren’t hard to please but they were far from what you expect. We asked about an exit at the rear of the hotel and not much information was given. No mention of “breakfast begins at 6, your room number is 500, etc etc” the breakfast was mediocre and we aren’t food snobs. No soap in the shower and limited number of towels....

"Do try and check in early cause it’s going to cost you extra money. Staff was great and helpful rooms were definitely clean."

"The first room they put me in reaked of smoke. I asked to be moved to another room and while laying in bed this bug crawled on me. I asked them to cancel my reservation in the reception, they told me I had to call expedia, expedia called them to confirm the cancellation and the person in reception told them they could not authorize it. I was still in the lobby when this happened, and the manager was nowhere to be found. They have YET to respond to any of the refund inquiries, and dared send me...

"I told the front desk I was having surgery that is why I was there for 7 days. They put me on the first floor where the lobby bar is and across the hall from the staff back office. The door opens and slams closed 50 times a day. The staff are also incredibly loud. I had to keep my blackout shade down because people walk by my window which is like a motel. The air conditioner does not work and when on is so loud and then shuts off, restarting with a boom. Worst stay and what a dump. Looks nice...

"The rooms were spacious and clean. They offer a morning breakfast which was amazing. The sitting area near the lobby is big and comfortable. We did however encounter an unpleasant experience during checkin. The staff member was unpleasant and not helpful. It left a negative impression feom the start. However, we didn’t see her the rest of the stay and all other staff were courteous and helpful."
