"Bad - Property is very dated, carpet is very dirty in the halls and rooms, wallpaper peeling off the walls, doors all scratched up and bashed up, horrible musty smell as you come off the elevator on floor 3. Had to get the room key reactived pretty much every day. Good - beds were clean, very white linens, towels super white. No bed bugs, free Disney shuttle if you need it, breakfast was typical breakfast, room for breakfast had lots of space."

"Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. I really like that the rooms have hardwood floors instead of carpet, the room was very cleaned. The walk to downtown Disney was about 10-15min away and was very easy to get there. Overall the place was great and will for sure stay here again."

"I recently stayed at springhill in Anaheim I usually go to element but they were booked, so I decided to get another hotel and came across this one which I’m always scared to try a new hotel outside of my comfort zone.
