"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

"Easy check-in and staff was nice but the halls (especially the baseboards and doors) were very dirty. The rooms smelled dusty and wall paint was chipped off in several places. Needs a good deep cleaning."

"Room did not have running water. Surprised the toilet even flushed. No amenities. No shampoo or even soap to clean your hands. Outdated rooms, with little to no modernization. Looks like this place hasn’t had a remodel in years. Sketchy place and people. Very outdated equipment and I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business with the terrible rooms. p.s rooms smelled like cigarettes. There’s also a restaurant right on the corner where we had a delicious meal, which was a lovely bonus. "Beautiful hotel close to Disney! Takes about 12 to 15 minutes to walk to security at Disneyland (walking fast). The hotel is in brand new condition. All the staff were great. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel breakfast! Great selection of continental and hot foods. There is a small pool on site, my only wish would be a hot tub, which would go a long way after a full day at Disney!!! The gym is clean and well stocked.
