"Staff very friendly"

"We only stayed one night. We were quickly evacuated from our home that day because of a possible chemical leak. We were super grateful to find a place that could take all four of us AND our two dogs for a reasonable price. Thank you so much! The room was clean and the bathroom was recently updated. We did not use the pool or partake in the breakfast."

"We arrived at the hotel to find that they had overbooked and our reserved room was not available. They offered us a different room and gave us a refund on our deposit, but still charged us the room cost. Unfortunately the room they gave us was missing its couch, which we needed for an extra bed. When we called the front desk they said the best they could do is give us another room in another part of the hotel. Not something we wanted to do. Luckily it was a one night stay and we were on our way...

"The property is very close to the parks and an easy 4 min walk. The room was a little outdated and needs new carpeting, but the beds are comfortable and the room was clean."

"This hotel was so excellent. They remembered our names every morning when we walked by. They had Disney + in the lobby and son pick a movie to watch. They gave me a special gift basket on t birthday and their pool was under construction but they arranged with the hotel next door and we were able to swim in their pool. It was such a nice week here. Disneyland is close like a 10 min walk. It was a great stay."

"The hotel is very close to Disneyland, about a 5 minute drive to the drop off and pick up area and about a 10 minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot. It is also about a 20 minute walk to the front entrance of Disneyland. The hotel offers a shuttle that runs at various times throughout the day, which makes getting to and from the parks very convenient without having to pay for Disneyland parking. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the biggest issue during our stay was...
