"On the second night, we came home from the park to find a cockroach in our room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they told me they had no other rooms for us, and we could check out early if we wanted. Being that we had flown in, had no car and it was 10:00 PM we ended up having to stay. They offered a slight discount on that night's rate and then asked if I could come back from the park and move all of our stuff to the new room at an early enough time so that they could rebook the room we were leaving. Rooms in general are small. 2 double beds with tthe dresser and small table, and you won't fit much else. "

"We stayed here recently and unfortunately had a mixed experience. This was the first hotel I’ve stayed at without a jacuzzi, which was a bit disappointing. The location is also farther than expected—about a 25+ minute walk to Disneyland Park, which may be something to consider if you plan to walk. Parking spaces were very tight, making it difficult to maneuver larger vehicles. During our stay, we also experienced a few maintenance issues. Our shower leaked throughout the night, and the boiler was not working properly. We were told it would be fixed by Saturday evening, but unfortunately we only had lukewarm water for the duration of our stay. The biggest concern was the pull-out bed—it felt unstable and would shift or start to close with movement, which didn’t feel safe for my son. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and appreciated. Overall, there are a few conveniences here, but the maintenance and safety issues made our stay less comfortable than expected.."
