"The carpet looks dirty. There is a certain smell, I think from the carpet, that is unpleasant. Water pressure in the shower is not good as well. I have to wait for how many seconds to make the water flowing. The room is quite warm even with the aircon on. However, the location is convenient and safe. So many restaurants nearby."

"While making the reservation, I saw that breakfast was listed as included. However, when we arrived, we found out that breakfast was not actually included, which was disappointing. In addition, the room did not have toothpaste among the provided toiletries. I hope the hotel can improve the accuracy of its booking information and ensure that essential amenities are available for guests."

"I was given a smoking room despite asking for a.non smoking one. There was terrible smell of smoking and smoke detector was missing. When I asked for a room change, that did not happen. When I chose to leave early, they never bothered to work with me to either refund or give me Bonvoy points. Terrible experience.."
