"Parking was safe and easy, breakfast was not really good. No fresh fruits, and the rest was barely edible. Otherwise the overall stay was good. With rooms being spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for the near by industry."

"Asked for a Room service twice in three days, the staff ignored. Had to use damped towels and uncleaned room. Please do not include the breakfast meal in your stay, Its a small cafe at the venue, has very less options. No Buffet Breakfast. They wanted to compensate the issue with a small snack from their cafeteria"

"Convenient location, 15 min from Ohare, was in the area traveling for business and were able to navigate the area easily. Walkable area and close to shopping and restaurants. Roof top bar and restaurant had a great distant view of the Chicago skyline. Dinner was excellent, I would recommend the beet salad, and the filet mignon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. "This property I would never go back to you. Smoking up by a false salon. Fire. 7:30 in the morning. We were told we could not have any towels. There was only two in the room for four people. The cleaning Lady would only clean after we left. When we asked her to clean our room. After the first day. She said no. There’s a big hole in the wall on the outside and on the inside. Very poor neighborhood. I would’ve rated a zero if I could."

"Extremely comfortable king size bed - often overslept! Extremely comfortable A/C - never had to adjust anything. Parking near my ground floor room was very convenient. However, there was no freezer in the fridge and the only microwave available was in the food purchase room upfront."

"This room was so nice and clean, it had enough luxury without being too much and we got everything we needed for a reasonable price. I thank the staff for getting us what we needed soon after requesting it. This hotel is also in a nice community ,this is hands down by far the best room we've had in a long time, Thank you and I highly recommend to anyone who will be in the Schaumburg area to consider this hotel. 10 stars."

"Lobby is kept clean however the rooms need a lot of help. Seemed like staff did not change pillow cases in our bedroom. I requested a change on the pillow case and instead of a change the pillow was removed out of our bedroom and not replaced. The bathroom seemed not properly clean. The bathtub had a rim of dirt and streak marks from previous shampoo use. The room had carpet which also seemed not vacuumed. Overall, not a good experience in this hotel"
