"We had a really nice trip to this resort. We stayed for 3 nights with our dog.One of the bellman, Magny was so helpful. When I realized we were going to be too far from a door to walk our dog he call down to the front desk and arranged another room. He knew right where we needed to be and set us up for convenience! It was greatly appreciated! The fitness center at the spa was one of the nicest resort fitness centers we've been to. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection and everything was hot...

"Hotel is very new, rooms are really clean, love the LVF instead of carpet in the rooms, beautiful walk-in showers, and charging stations on the night stand. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Pool and hot tub were clean and not overly crowded. Looks like they are about to get a new gym as well that will be nice! Room was quiet and cozy. Restaurant serves breakfast and dinner so no need to leave if you don't want to. Lots of parking as well!"

"We decided to stay here because our flight canceled. We called ahead to make sure there was a room available. Not sure who answered the phone that morning of July 6th but they seemed they did not want to talk to us or was just moody. Other than that, the stay was short and great. Room was super clean and great amenities."

"The rooms were so nice and spacious, and was very clean. The property was well kept as well as the staff are so nice. But the A.C unit was NOT working in our first room, and when we switched at 4am to a different room the A.C was better but still was nothing close to the temperature it should be to sleep comfortably."

"Hard to believe some of the travelers who left negative responses were at the same hotel as us. Spacious, clean room with couches to watch TV, high quality Samsung TV, comfortable bed, good shower (albeit small toilet/shower room), breakfast a cut above other hotels of this class, friendly, helpful staff. What's not to like? We were in Itasca for a wedding, but if I were looking for a good, affordable hotel near O'Hara, would definitely stay here."
