"This hotel was expensive for one night (about $300) so I expected more. The rooms are nice but that AC is soooo loud. It was the loudest compressor ever! I couldn't sleep. It was a terrible night for me. I also strongly recommend you clean the shower heads in the property. There are years of calcification and dirt on that nozzle. "The room we booked through Expedia was for my brother’s wedding- a Studio room, 2 queen beds and a pull out couch, for the size of the wedding party getting ready (also a handicap shower to help me). Once we checked in we realized it was not the correct room. It was a small room with two queens. The front desk was called immediately to kindly help navigate & they let us know that when we booked this room weeks ago- it was not available though it was showed available on Expedia. "This was our first time staying at a Hilton Home 2 Suites and we were pleasantly surprised with the amenities, cleanliness, and space that we had in our room. Our kids loved the extra couch space which could be partitioned off with the curtain. Everyone loved the soap scents and I appreciated the cleanliness and newness of the bathrooms. We already plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in the Columbus area and will continue to look for this hotel during future travels."

"Always friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. As always, the breakfast was a great start to the day. We did not have a bathroom fan in our room, which would be welcome. It would be great if the hotel offered whole or 2% milk as well as skim in the breakfast bar."
