"This was the 4th Sonesta that we have stayed at...in one word it was disgusting: the rooms smelled, there were burnt rings on the kitchen floor, outdoor maintenance below par, a very meager breakfast, and, truthfully, if we could have got a refund we would have left. Where was pride in cleanliness and accountability? "

"Staff and facility were excellent. Can’t give it a 5 star review, but not the Hilton’s fault. However the roadway next to our room was unbelievably loud. Obviously we had an outside room and I’m sure many others get less of this but it almost made us leave and look for a new hotel. We stated because the room was very comfortable and the facility was what we were looking for. Lots of interrupted sleep every night though. "

"We were expecting a bit more from this hotel. We let the hotel know in advance that we would be traveling with our pup and received a message confirming that they were pet-friendly and that, upon arrival, we would need to fill out paperwork and pay a pet fee. However, upon arrival, the front staff who checked in my husband seemed surprised that we had a dog, and told him, “Well, you're not really in a pet-friendly room”, which was also on the second floor, not making it the easiest for potty...

"This property was VERY sloppy and outdated! The main, front entrance was blocked and under construction with no directional signage to guide guests who are first arriving. ... The check-in desk was disheveled with the framed hotel certificates ALL HANGING CROOKEDLY, woid doors faded and worn out, "new" flooring loose and creeking by the elevators, THE ROOM HAD an OLD MUSTY SMELL, the walls were PAPER THIN - able to hear next room guests sneeze as if right next to us, and yhe front desk staff...

"Room needed cleaning upon arrival, bathroom tub was not cleaned. Unless you request the room to be made is done so otherwise they have a every other day cleaning policy, which means nor the red not shower is made or cleaned. Breakfast is very, very basic and not replenished. Having said that, the Coffee is wonderful, also the staff, brought all my issues to the front Desk and they took action to resolve them. "
