"Had a horrible experience. We were in the king room with sofa bed. There was a hole in the sofa bed and no sheets or blankets were provided for the sofa bed when we asked for some, front desk said there wasn’t any. TV didn’t work and the smoke alarm kept going off."

"Arriving in Tucson with 100° temperature you’d expect the Air Conditioner to work. Sadly, I spent a whole day and night with an air conditioner not functioning properly. They sent a maintenance person who diagnosed it with as a broken compressor. They reassigned me to another room and the air conditioner worked well for the remainder two days. They should have a system in place where they test the Air Conditioner before a customer checks into the room."

"My mother came to town and we stayed here for a week. The property itself is not bad; not dirty but I think it could use some more TLC. They put us in an upstairs room overlooking the pool, which was nice, but there were a lot of flying bugs in the room and we could not stay there. "I have never stayed at an Embassy Suite by Hilton before this visit. I was dismayed to learn that the Tucson East location is designed as a motel, not hotel. The difference being the doors to your room lead directly to the outside versus being situated inside the building and leading to a enclosed hallway.
