"I love this hotel! I always stay here when I come into town. The staff is great, and the included breakfast is even better. My room is always clean. The only issue I had was the water pressure in the shower, it was very low this visit. I’m not sure if it was just the shower spout in this room, or if the water pressure throughout the entire hotel is reduced. But this was still a pleasant visit."

"This is a Quality Inn with exterior doors, motel at best for $160 per night. Staff were uninviting, and bathroom light was burnt out, had to ask for a replacement. Honestly it wouldn't have been all that bad if the property didn't feel like a bait and switch. Entirely too expensive for what it is. Spend an extra $50 and stay somewhere a little nicer unless you want to spend the night hearing your next door neighbors as if they are in your room."

"Do NOT stay at this hotel. We arrived late at night. There were unsavory people hanging around the entrance to the hotel. They were smoking and just vagrant looking. It was after midnight when we arrived. Others in parking lot with cars coming in and out. It was very unsafe so much that we did not feel safe even getting out of the car. "The actual unit is very nice and very clean! Lots of small appliances and kitchen utensils perfect for use. Everything was clean and organized. Some of the appliances didn't work however. The microwave wasn't working properly. Otherwise everything else i used worked as expected. Check in was a nightmare! The host was very rude and unhelpful. I had to rely on expedia's chat system with Hala Tysons to get my check in information. The website with the checkin information is so poorly developed...
