"I was having a tough week, but when I got to the hotel the fronk desk clerk Julian, was so warm and bubbly it made me smile. He really have a customer service like spirit. The hotel was beautiful and newly renovated. The 2nd floor hallway smelled fresh. My room was so detailed and clean. The checkout experience was with front desk clerk Reginald.
