"We visited during a weekend in April and overall did really enjoy our stay. The location is great, you can walk to everything and there is easy, free parking. I knew it was a historic building so I wasn’t particularly bothered by some of the quirks others seem to complain about. The biggest complaint would probably be the lack of mini fridge in the room as they are pretty standard. We were traveling with our 2 young kids and it would have been nice to refrigerate some of their snacks or leftovers. We dined at the tavern for dinner which was nice. I would skip Nathaniel's for breakfast, food came out cold and you had to ask for basics like syrup w/ pancakes. Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Would return! "

"The hotel smells amazing. Super clean. The valet guys were very respectful and opened doors for me to help me get my stroller in and out. The coffee shop is quant, great quality and fair prices. The decor is modern and chic. Would recommend."

"Sadly I was disappointed. The hotel itself looks beyond run down and more like a motel feel. The buttons on the elevator buttons and fob thing was filled with dirt and dust. The rooms are decent and clean but everything in the rooms are so old. The shower curtain was falling apart, the windows are dirty. The beds and room overall were okay. The staff was beyond friendly and kind. Something to also keep in mind it is surrounded by like 3 hospitals. So, it is very quiet and dreary. "
