"Had a lovely night stay at Norton House. Staff were nice and friendly. Nice room with separate lounge area. Great location. Breakfast ok - would have helped if we had spotted menu to know needed to order eggs if not want scrambled,but just told to help ourselves to the buffet breakfast. We would recommend though and intend to stay at Norton House again. Only negative was when using the hot water it made such a noise but think we were near the boiler as heard it when room next to us used it as well."

"Check in and out was very easy. The rooms are large. The beds are huge. The only issue is there is no parking and the car park operated nearby is expensive for 24 hours and we stayed for two nights. I think it cost 18 for 24 hours but it was very close. The location though is perfect. Bars and shops are all very close. The location made all the difference. So much so we are rebooking for June 2027."

"Gorgeous house in an amazing location. The views were fantastic. Wonderfully cool indoors when it was so hot outside (30 degrees c). Sitting on the terrace with the view of the bay will stay with us. We loved Mumbles and really hope we will return."
