"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

I had zero help from the renters the whole time i used the place. We needed help when the internet dropped out, and also wanted the towels that were missing. No response from them. The only time they contacted me was with a form email asking for a review. The place was not clean. It also looked like...

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen: dishwasher and washing machine (incl tumbler), iron + board, hand-vacuum, hairdryer, airer, nice toiletries, good TV, comfy bed. Very thoughtful touches: tabs for dishwasher/washing machine, salt & pepper, utensils. Location conveniently close to Festival shopping centre etc. Downside: FRI+SAT very noisy from pub garden opposite showing sports games, music until 3am. SUN ok. Monday 5:45am glass recycling pick-up followed by street cleaning machine...
