"Clean and comfortable, not fancy. No coffee in room but there were bottles of water - nice touch. First encounter...smelled like mildew. No attendant at desk but we were greeted by super drunk guest. When reception arrived, she made bizarre comments. Only there to sleep, but they had fire pits and wood, and coffee in lobby. Breakfast was standard but bagels were just bagel shaped bread."

"This is my second time staying at the Asbury Hotel and I have been very happy with the room, the amenities, and the cleanliness of the hotel both times. My room (with a queen bed) was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff was both friendly and very helpful. I very much enjoyed getting to use the bowling alley this trip, along with others from the group I was with. I also really enjoyed hanging out by the pool in the evening, sitting around the fire pit. The hotel is very close to the Asbury Park Boardwalk, which is a bonus, especially on a beautiful weekend in October like the one we had. Five stars all around!"

"The hotel was so beautiful and such a great location in relation to other venues around Asbury, we walked to everything! The room was spectacular, the pool area was amazing and the staff was very accommodating. One of the best amenities was the access to fitness classes and an amazing gym facility."

"Overnight stay, bar was good but has potential to be better. Bartender was very good and accommodating as was the security guard. The lighting could be a bit dimmer for a improved setting. Bathrooms could be updated. View is awesome for sunrise. Very comfortable room."

"Classic hotel, we love to stay here, especially in the months when you can use the pool. But even in the fall winter and spring the access to Redbank the lovely restaurants. You can walk too many restaurants and the views from the hotel are amazing. It’s a lovely breakfast just watching the sunrise over the river. The piano in the bar at night is lovely atmosphere."

"Our 2 bedroom suite with disabled accessible bathroom was superb. Our only suggestion would be that since standing water from the shower does not drain away completely, having a squeegee mop of some sort in the bathroom would be helpful - either that or having the drain in the bathroom actually drain all of the water would be good. But really everything at the hotel was outstanding and very disabled-friendly."

"Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order. Beds, pillows and beds were clean and very comfortable. Walking space at end of beds were tight if someone needed a walker it would be difficult but okay without. Staff was helpful and very professional and friendly. Free Breakfast was good and several options."
