"Very handy location close to where we needed to be in Chelmsford. Certainly more room that a budget hotel wih everything you need, including safe parking."

"Great location, spacious, elevator and balcony. My low rating was it was not advertised on Hotels.com as being an a A frame loft bedroom with steep stairs to it. We are seniors and although we don't have restrictions we do have our preferences and lofts is not one of them. The owner was unable to provide us alternate accommodations..."

"Clean spacious flat although it's on a very busy main road. We booked it because of the garden but it was unusable because it was totally overgrown so nowhere to sit or stand. Another point I would like to make is that for safety we think there should be a hand rail on the stairs as they are quite steep and there is nothing to hold on to. Location is central to going places in the area."

"The room is right next to a major road and is very noisy. The room temperature is high and the owner does not provide at least a strong enough fan."
