"There is no clerk after 10pm (22), I was 5 minutes late and my key card didn’t function, I tried calling twice, I messaged around 25 times and the nighttime buzzer was not functioning. I waited outside for an hour and a half and when another guest let me in, I couldn’t get into my room, I kept trying to reach them and I couldn’t, I slept outside my room door until finally someone let me in my room after midnight. They have no plan if someone’s card doesn’t work. They didn’t even offer any...

"So on arrival I was early but greeted with a great smile. Offered to look after my luggage prior to being able to get my room. Great hotel. Short walk from Central railway and into the centre. The outside does not do it justice..Shown personally to my room as there was a problem with my room card. Room was great. Not a lot of feedback I can give really apart from every time I walked past reception I was acknowledged and greeted with a smile. This is massive for a guest. Thank You. Love...
