"The property is quite grand. Valet parking is the only option - which is fine. There were 3 attendants at the Valet desk and not one of them came to my car or offered to help this 68 year old lady up the stairs with my suitcase!! Now- Saturday morning the valet attendant was wonderful. He took my suitcase to the car and was very friendly. My room was 83 degrees and the thermostat was broke. There was no remote for the TV AND I had to go to the front desk twice before the desk attendant came up...

"Hotel over book, room at the very top level and only one elevator working, roo m out dated and dirty, tv out, parking terrible, staff had no control over the business noise up to 3 am , when choosing stay on website Street view was not this location, false seen, over all horrible experience."
