"This hotel lives up to all expectations. They are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the clean room.
It was our first experience with this hotel change and we will be members from now on"
"Let me start by saying that the staff here are all wonderful! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. However, this property is not befitting the Hilton brand. You can tell it was once a very nice hotel but years of neglect have taken their toll. There is only one functional elevator. The air in our room was barely functional and the area was under a heat advisory so it was at times very uncomfortable. We didn’t use the pool because the water was very cloudy. We did enjoy sitting at the bar for happy hour and the two ladies working were a lot of fun! The worst thing was when a guy approached my husband in the parking lot while I checked in saying he had just gotten out of jail and needed $10 for the night. Needless to say that made us feel unsafe and we won’t likely be returning to this location."
"Our room was stuffy and smelled like smoke and or a dog had been in the room.
Called front desk who stated to let the room cool down. Was too tired from traveling all day to complain any longer."
"The staff was very friendly and welcoming at check in, the room was clean.
The pool area was nice, not exactly the best for traveling with kids due to the size of the pool being smaller."
"Poorly maintained and understaffed property with non-functioning pool, hot tub and air conditioning. Unclean room with bad smells, insufficient quantity of bedding and pillows, extras unavailable. In an unsafe neighborhood. Checked out of our two night stay after one and found another hotel."
"A/C was hard to adjust within the room using thermostat on the wall. But once staff came in and did the adjustment it was better! Breakfast was fresh but wish there would have been more protein options! "
"The level of amenities with this hotel ranks down with hostels. No breakfast, no shampoo, no carpet so sticky floors in the rooms. It looks like new construction and thus worth it. I’m not sure that’s the case."
