Everything was horrible filthy and totally unacceptable Could not check in on time Personnel at front desk were rude, chatted with each other ignoring the guests waiting in line. They also had signs in plain view of patrons that should not have been displayed. They had conversations with cleaning staff that were also inappropriate for patrons to hear. Rooms were filthy: Floors were sticky Furniture dirty Bedding smelled Bathroom not cleaned well Cooling system smelled nasty when it was on Microwave, refrigerator and coffee units were not clean Free complimentary breakfast was disgusting. I took pictures in case somebody wanted to see what the room looked disgusting I am requesting a full refund for this stay!"

"Staff immediately addressed a loud room per my call to the desk. Good. The rooms do not block noise very well. Bad Location is convenient for highway access and staff was helpful. Basic room for a basic price."
