"Very disappointing for a Clarion. Property is old and needs repair and renovations. Carpet in room old and dirty. We always book a hotel with a pool and the pool was closed. Breakfast was ok."

"I went to go into the bed and the sheets were dirty with fresh black dirt smudges on it. Pillow had a small black coiled bug on it. The shower curtain had nose secretions on it. Room was beyond dirty. I called the lobby about it and was told come down and he would provide me with a different room. When I got down a man asking with the issue was and I told him that the bedsheets were filthy with smudges on them and he said OK come with me and took me into the laundry room and asked me...

"The hotel is showing signs of age. The room was large but dated. The AC unit was so loud that it woke me every time it kicked on during the night. The proximity to the highway was an isssue for the side of the building facing that way. Between the AC and the highway it was difficult to get a good night’s rest. The pillows were nice. The shower head was stuck in an awkward position so I had to squeeze into the corner to get under the water, and the toilet paper was the cheapest, thinnest...

"Everything was great or expected but the room could've been cleaner. Was a faint odor resembling but likely not vomit. Hairs in shower and sink."

"We were comfortable and close to the elevator. The Army Reserve group on weekend maneuvers were 40 in number and polite. Families took good care of their children. The staff was very helpful. Holiday Inn and Qunita are top on our list for short stays."

"Definitely a great place to stay, very clean and friendly staff. This hotel is about 10 mins from Yale which worked for us because we stood 30 mins away the last 2 times for more money and less amenities. We really liked the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was good and the fruit was fresh. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen with a big fridge. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. "

"This place is a good 1-2 night stop, it is somewhat dated, bed is fair. All the rooms filled the night we were there. Location was what we were looking for with our short stay."

"Nice staff, good location. Plumbing sucked, and sheets for the bedding was not so good. Light sheets and no real fitted sheet. "

"The room needs new updated furniture. The rugs need to be replaced and the toilet is much too low. There should be rubber bath mats in every bathroom so not to slip in the shower. More untensils should be supplied in the kitchen. The fan needs to be fixed because it makes too much noise."

"The place had super kind workers but the overall building smelt like mildew. Like it did the job for my visit but I don’t wish to return. Such a bummer too bc the people were very kind. Didn’t try the pool tbh just working lol."

"The stay was good, but pool heater was broken and wasn't about to enjoy the pool my whole stay. which the pool, was one of the reason on staying here."
