"Well-located & comfortable accommodation, with very helpful staff."

"Check in was easy and the room was as described. Pillows were quite flat and blankets older so comfort was a little less than hoped for. Most importantly- it should be known that it is located above a night club and it was impossible to sleep as the club music and bass was so loud until 4:30am. This wasn’t typical city noise. This was exceptionally loud. While this is not the hostel’s fault, it did impact the stay for sure."

"La cocina está limpia y bien equipada. Lo malo es que no hay recepción, tienes que registrarte en una página y es un poco complicado, además tardan en responder con el acceso de las puertas (la principal y de tu habitación). Si llegas tarde o está lloviendo te quedas en la calle esperando. Una de mis camas no tenía cortina. Los lockers no funcionaban y el baño de hombres estaba un poco sucio."

"The male employee who helps with check in was fraternizing with young women staying there. Was not comfortable with that so I reached out to the property and they said they followed up and it won’t continue to happen. However, as a solo female traveller, I found this situation overall very inappropriate. The coffee shop was nice, location was excellent, welcome drink was included, and room was fine. "- I paid for the room ahead of time. The receptionists were constantly getting confused about this, refusing to let me into the room as they claimed I hadn't paid, before backtracking and realising I had, and then forgetting all over again the following day. - The cleaners were extremely loud in the morning, slamming doors in the corridor from 6am. - There was an ALIVE BEETLE in the bed. The staff didn't understand why this was unsatisfactory. - The pillow was a tiny square cushion with lumpy...
