Die Lage ist hervorragend um Charlotte zu besichtigen. Parkplätze sind rund um das Hotel ausreichend vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen. "

I received a call by staff one hour and 22 minutes before I arrived to be told that the room I requested was not available in unworkable condition, that I could be accommodated with a smaller room. I had booked the room for 3 people and one bed bedroom was unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a call back and...
