"This hotel has the potential to be decent. But they arent going to put in extra effort. The rooms are mainly clean but that also varies from room to room. Some rooms are cleaner than others. There is carpet in the rooms that have a faint smell which I am sure is from never getting shampood at all. Some blankets have stains - all white so they should be using bleach? The hallways smell horrible! They smell like dirt, urine and somehow gross food smell. The doors to each room are steel doors and dont have a good seal. They are also gross. There are one or 2 women who work there who I see spraying and vacuuming and are very helpful but the other staff are not very helpful and dont really want to do any extra. The hospital laundry room is right ouside the elevator and the doors are always open so you have to see all that while waiting for the elevator. Also there is one elevator and if your room is at the opposite end then you have to walk FAR! Yes...their prices are low but maybe raise the prices a bit and clean this place up! "
"The whole building smelled very strongly musty. I am sure we did too, after staying there. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the fold out sofa bed. Breakfast was not great. "
"Very disappointed with this hotel, especially with such a high rating which steered me to book this place. The evening staff was very rude. The morning staff was very nice. The breakfest was horrible. The bed was comfortable but they had worn-out and stained towels, which to me is disgusting. I am definitely crossing off this hotel during my future travels. "
"Charli the front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty."
