"The hotel & room appeared fresh and clean upon arrival. However, the bed pillows were mini-sized, flat and needed to be replaced. There was mildew along the floor of the shower walls. Our floor was noisy—children running up & down the hall, running down the stairs. (Parent’s fault) One of the front desk managers was unfriendly when I asked for clean towels for our second night. "Staff was incredibly helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was best selection I've seen in long time. Issues: only 1 caffeinated coffee pod was available, they couldn't find any more, rest were decaffeinated; breakfast was cool on Sunday morning so i used the microwave; hallways were musty smelling, not sure if they were running the A/C cold enough, an ice machine on my floor was broke."
