"The Horton Grand, although historic and located in a great location, shows signs of needing work. Carpet is worn and doors do not fit well (bathroom door would not close.) We stayed in a "balcony" suite. The balcony was barely large enough to stand on, so not much of a perk. "I feel because I purchased my stay om Expedia when I got to check in the hotel changed my room to a handicap room. I feel had I booked with the Residence direct I would not have had a room change. Also they do not clean your room you must request that. They are the Residence Inn you would think they would want to separate themselves from the rest."

I stay at The Westgate fairly often & have seen him attending to guests, but hadn’t had the pleasure of interacting with him directly until this stay. "The rooms were kinda small but very clean and beds were comfortable! Having the free Starbucks coffee was nice and the staff was friendly. The area is not great but, better if you are looking to go out to bars etc.. The staff was nice about bringing luggage down and up to your room! Overall it was a great stay for a short weekend! "

The staff was wonderful, I had a corner room with a partial City/ Bay/pool View and it was beautiful 😍 The continental buffet Breakfast was great with the different choices they had.
