Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Enid - Highway 412 by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The pool and the hot tub were a hit with my kids. The front desk person, Collin, was very helpful and kind.
The room we were in was huge and had so many windows. I loved the layout of the room.
I would’ve rated everything 5 stars except the bathroom in our room wasn’t cleaned the best. The bathtub could’ve used maintenance. The toilet also clogged very easily, maybe plumbing issues.
I would stay here again!"
GLō Best Western Enid OK Downtown/Convention Center Hotel
8/10 Good
"The aesthetic was probably the best part; bright colors, sharp lines, smoky glass, and modernistic design. Everything was very clean, but also pretty simplistic. Underneath it all, though, it's still just a Best Western. Nothing too exotic. The breakfast was pretty mid, but at least it included some hot options. Beds were super comfy, and you could argue that that's the most important part... Made it hard to get out by checkout time! The pool was not too big but it was clean and warm. Parking is a bit of a disaster, but considering the location, that's fairly understandable. None of the staff were really "above and beyond"; they did their jobs and that's at least something."
"First thing to know: This is a part- smoking hotel. Smoking rooms were on the top floor, we were on the bottom, but we could still get faint whiffs in our room through the vents or wherever. Upside, it was only briefly and as faint as a smell can be. The pool was very nice and would have been near perfect, except that it was HOT. Like, the entire pool felt like a hot tub. Very unusual. Even more unusual, you don't need a card to get IN to the pool, but you do need one to get OUT. Oh, and there's no wall between the pool and the hallway. Just a low fence. The hotel did have their own pool toys to use, which was nice, but there were zero towels when we went. And finally, there was zero breakfast, because they were renovating. Overall, decent place if you're traveling cheap and you're not bothered by feeling like the hotel might still be figuring itself out."
