"This hotel is in high need of updates and landscaping. The first room we were given had a water leak around the window with a build up of mildew. The was also a large water stain on the ceiling. The staff was helpful and moved us to another room. Access to hotel was an open door policy as non of the doors I tried had a working door lock. The second room was ok, it had a strange smell, the hall ways had a bad smell as well. The breakfast was very basic but ok."

"Front staff was excellent. Our state was very well however we did not get towels for every single day that we stayed there and housekeeping did not make accommodations to clean the room while we were away at work. Other than that it was a really good stay."

"We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland/Independence. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The front desk team, especially Michelle, was especially helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to assist with our needs.

"It's time for this hotel to be updated. Very dated and worn. Carpet in the main hallway on our floor looked dirty and had a tented ridge right down the middle that was hard to walk and roll suitcases over and it's a tripping hazard.
